The INFICON Pirani Standard Gauges PSG050 & PSG051 use the vacuum gauge
controller VGC012 or VGC023 as operating units.
PSG050:
Aluminum sensor cell with tungsten filament
PSG050 1/8″ NPT:
Stainless steel sensor cell with tungsten filament
PSG051:
Stainless steel sensor cell with platinum filament and ceramics feedthrough for corrosive processes and high levels of water vapour
ADVANTAGES
- Measurement range 5 x 10-4 to 1000mbar (3.75 x 10-4 to 750 Torr)
- Tungsten or platinium filament
- Temperature compensated 0° C to 40° C
- Constant filament temperature
- Intended to use with INFICON the discontinued Vacuum Gauge Controller units VGC012 and VGC023 or older Leybold Vacuum Gauge Controller units THERMOVAC™ TM21, THERMOVAC™ TM22 and THERMOVAC™ TM23.
- INFICON PSG050/ PSG051 are direct replacement sensors for Leybold TR211, TR212, TR 216
