XTC/3 is most popular thin film deposition controller of Inficon. After years of using, Chemilens Co., Ltd had contacted and sent us 02 sets of XC3S-2000 (form er model of XTC/3) for repairing. The XC3S-2000 passed to our Service team, after check and technical examination, defects found (data not to be sent to display), the defects had been fixed and the controller sent to the customer after that.
